Declaration of Responsibility.
In the interests of safety to AETB staff and volunteers, handlers, attendees and spectators please read and sign your acceptance of these conditions. The AETB is an events company run by Shelley Heading (The Dog House Academy) and all insurances are held separately by the aforenamed.
This declaration sets out the terms on which the AETB accepts you on to any course or seminar.
When you sign this declaration, you will be legally bound by all AETB terms and conditions.
I understand that the AETB reviews and changes these Regulations from time to time in order to assist the proper delivery of education. AETB reserves the right to introduce changes at anytime when it is in the interests of handlers, staff and pets
I understand that if I do not comply with the Regulations, AETB may apply sanctions against me including the withdrawal of access to facilities and exclusion from AETB events.
Fees paid in advance cannot be refunded under any circumstances although they may be transferred to other services if deemed appropriate
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- All dogs must be fully insured and include third party liability
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated and wormed at regular intervals
- All dogs must be kept on lead until instructed otherwise or kept safely
- It is the owner/handler’s responsibility to clear up any fouling.
- Minors shall be supervised at all times by guardians/parents
- Aggression issues or any behaviour problem must be declared on this form or advised in writing along with acceptance and confirmation of receipt from an AETB course director.
AETB will accept no responsibility for and exclude all liability in connection with Personal Injury; Loss; Theft; Injury to Animals howsoever caused during the provision of sessions. Use of information or advice given in connection with the above sessions including but not limited to any liability for errors, inaccuracies, omissions or misleading or defamatory statements. Whilst we hope you find the information and guidance given interesting and informative, the contents are for general information only. We believe the contents to be true and accurate as at the date of the session but can give no assurances or warranty regarding the accuracy, currency or applicability of any of the contents in relation to specific situations and particular circumstances.
